PARAFFIN WAX: NOT ALL CREATED EQUAL!

BUMPLYBEE brings SPA-level hand and foot care to you through the power of warming wax and natural plant essences. By applying more layers of paraffin, you can maximize the benefits of heat, as the more layers you apply, the longer the heat will last. We recommend 10 to 15 layers. Prolong the effect by using the plastic liners and warm gloves or boots (for hands and feet).

For very dry, cracked skin, apply a light coat of moisturizing cream prior to dipping. Rub additional lotion into cuticles and dry areas. Apply additional lotion after the paraffin bath too.

PARAFFIN WAX: HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paraffin wax has a very high heat capacity, which means it can absorb and retain a great amount of heat. A paraffin wax spa takes advantage of paraffin's heat-retaining capacity in a simple process called heat transfer.

CAN I REUSE THE PARAFFIN?

We do not recommend reusing paraffin that has been removed from the skin. Used paraffin contains sweat, dry skin, and other impurities that will build up over time on the bottom of the unit, requiring more frequent cleanings of the bath.
